A reputable logistics and distribution company in Singapore is hiring responsible, reliable, and motivated individuals to join its warehouse operations team as Warehouse Assistants specializing in picking, packing, and sorting.
Located in Jurong, this position provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in Singapore’s logistics and supply chain industry. Employees will receive on-the-job training, structured work arrangements, and opportunities to develop their skills for long-term career progression.
The company handles the storage and distribution of fresh produce, including fruits and vegetables, with a strong focus on food safety, hygiene, product quality, and operational efficiency.
Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but is not mandatory. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.
POSITION DETAILS
Position: Warehouse Assistant

Work Location: Jurong Logistics Hub, Jalan Buroh, Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Shift: Day Shift
Overnight Shift: No
SALARY AND BENEFITS
– Basic Salary: SGD 2,000 per month
– Fixed Allowance: SGD 500 per month
– Gross Monthly Earnings: Up to SGD 3,500, including overtime opportunities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations, including:
– Picking, packing, sorting, and preparing fresh produce according to customer orders
– Weighing products accurately before packing and dispatch
– Labelling, categorising, and organising inventory
– Assisting with stock arrangement and inventory management
– Performing basic product quality checks
– Preparing customer orders for timely distribution
– Handling products carefully in temperature-controlled environments when required
– Maintaining cleanliness and proper housekeeping throughout the warehouse
– Following workplace safety procedures and food hygiene standards
– Supporting supervisors and other warehouse team members
– Completing assigned tasks accurately and within the required timeframe
WORKING HOURS
The position operates on a rotating day-shift schedule:
– Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
– Shift 2: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
– 6 working days per week
– Rotating work schedule
– No overnight shifts
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
– Physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties
– Comfortable working in warehouse and cold-room environments
– Able to lift, move, and organise products safely
– Able to count and weigh products accurately
– Responsible, disciplined, and punctual
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Good attention to detail
– Willing to follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
– Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not required

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
