SECURITY GUARD / BUILDING ATTENDANT
We are seeking responsible, reliable, and service-oriented candidates for Security Guard / Building Attendant positions across Hong Kong. Successful candidates will help maintain safety, security, and smooth daily operations in residential, commercial, and building facilities.
JOB DETAILS
Location: Hong Kong – Kowloon / Hong Kong Island / New Territories
Position: Security Guard / Building Attendant
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 8–12 hours per day, depending on duty schedule
Work Schedule: Shift-based, including day and night shifts where required
Salary: HK$25,000–HK$45,000+ per month
Overtime: Available subject to position and company requirements
Allowances: Shift and other applicable allowances may be provided according to company policy
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Maintain security, safety, and order within assigned buildings or properties
– Conduct regular patrols of entrances, lobbies, common areas, and designated facilities
– Monitor and control the entry and exit of residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
– Verify visitor access and follow established security procedures
– Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious or unusual activities
– Maintain records of incidents, visitors, and security-related activities when required
– Respond appropriately to emergencies and security concerns
– Assist residents, guests, and visitors with general enquiries and directions
– Monitor building facilities and report maintenance or safety issues
– Coordinate with building management and other security personnel when necessary
– Follow company security procedures and workplace regulations
– Provide professional and courteous service to residents, guests, and visitors
REQUIREMENTS
– Male and female applicants are welcome
– Physically fit and able to perform security and building-related duties
– Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and reliable
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Cantonese and/or English communication ability is an advantage
– Previous experience in security, property management, building services, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
– Able to remain calm and professional when handling emergencies or difficult situations
– Candidates with relevant security qualifications or experience may receive preference
