SALARY AND BENEFITS

 

Basic Monthly Salary: SGD 3,700

 

Additional allowances and incentives may include:

 

– Accommodation Allowance: SGD 250 per month

– Full Attendance Bonus: SGD 300 per month

– Meal Allowance: SGD 10 per working day

– Transport Allowance: SGD 5 per working day

– Morning Shift Allowance: SGD 15 per working day

– Night Shift Allowance: SGD 25 per working day

– Additional Night Shift Incentive: SGD 500 per month, subject to eligibility

– Overtime opportunities based on operational requirements

– Salary administered in accordance with applicable Singapore employment regulations

 

WORKING HOURS

 

The position operates on a rotating shift schedule.

 

Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

 

Shift assignments are determined according to operational requirements. Scheduled rest breaks will be provided during each shift.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The Chocolate Factory Worker will support daily production and packaging operations, including:

 

– Assisting with chocolate preparation, molding, cooling, and production processes

– Operating basic production equipment under appropriate supervision

– Loading and arranging products on conveyor systems

– Packing finished chocolate products

– Conducting basic visual quality inspections

– Sorting, labeling, and preparing products for storage or distribution

– Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout production areas

– Following food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures

– Wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

– Supporting supervisors and production team members with additional duties as required

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

 

Employees will work in a clean, organized, and temperature-controlled food manufacturing facility.

 

The role may involve:

 

– Standing for extended periods

– Working alongside automated production lines

– Handling food products in accordance with hygiene requirements

– Performing repetitive production and packaging tasks

– Working collaboratively as part of a production team

 

Required uniforms, gloves, hairnets, and other PPE will be provided where applicable.

 

REQUIREMENTS

– Minimum age of 18 years

– Open to male and female applicants

– Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

– Responsible, punctual, and dependable

– Willing to follow company procedures and safety requirements

– Able to work effectively as part of a team

– Willing to work rotating shifts, including evening and night shifts

 

Previous factory or manufacturing experience is not mandatory. Training will be provided to successful candidates.
