OFFICIAL JOB VACANCY – CANDY & CHOCOLATE FACTORY, SINGAPORE
Location: Senoko Industrial Area, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Monthly Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 4,000
Working Days: 5–6 Days per Week
Working Hours: Rotating Day and Night Shifts, depending on operational requirements

A reputable confectionery manufacturing company in Singapore is currently expanding its production operations and is seeking responsible, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join its growing team.
The company specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of various confectionery products, including chocolates, gummies, hard and soft candies, caramel products, and specialty sweets. Products are supplied to supermarkets, retail chains, convenience stores, wholesalers, airports, and international markets.
The production facility operates with modern manufacturing processes and follows established standards for food safety, hygiene, quality control, and workplace safety. Successful applicants will receive appropriate training and workplace guidance.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
1. CANDY PACKER
Monthly Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 2,800
Key Responsibilities
– Inspect and sort confectionery products before packaging.
– Pack products into pouches, trays, boxes, and cartons.
– Apply product labels accurately.
– Identify and remove defective or damaged products.
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.
– Support daily production targets and operational requirements.
Requirements
– No previous experience required.
– Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
– Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
– Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
2. PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Monthly Salary: SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,300
Key Responsibilities
– Operate and monitor assigned production processes.
– Prepare ingredients and assist with mixing operations.
– Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
– Maintain accurate production records.
– Follow food safety, hygiene, and manufacturing procedures.
Requirements
– Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential.
– Full training will be provided.
– Able to work independently and as part of a team.
– Good communication and problem-solving skills.
3. MACHINE OPERATOR
Monthly Salary: SGD 2,700 – SGD 3,600
Key Responsibilities
– Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
– Set up machines according to production specifications.
– Monitor machine performance and production output.
– Conduct routine equipment inspections.
– Perform basic preventive maintenance when required.
– Report machine abnormalities and assist with minor operational issues.
Requirements
– Basic mechanical knowledge or technical aptitude is preferred.
– Previous machine operation experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
– Training will be provided.
– Willing to work rotating shifts.
4. WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT
Monthly Salary: SGD 2,400 – SGD 3,200
Key Responsibilities
– Receive, inspect, and organize raw materials and supplies.
– Prepare materials according to production requirements.
– Assist with loading and unloading activities.
– Conduct stock counts and inventory checks.
– Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.

– Basic warehouse experience or knowledge is an advantage.
– Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling duties.

5. QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities
– Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products.

Key Responsibilities

– Handle and dispose of waste according to company procedures.

7. GENERAL WORKER

– Carry out other duties assigned by supervisors.
