A leading aviation security operations team at Airport is seeking responsible, vigilant, disciplined, and service-oriented individuals to join its team as Aviation Screening Officers.
This position provides an opportunity to build professional experience in the aviation security sector while working in a highly regulated international airport environment.
Candidates without previous aviation or security experience may be considered, subject to meeting the applicable eligibility requirements. Successful applicants will undergo structured, paid professional training before commencing operational duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Aviation Screening Officers support airport security operations and help ensure compliance with established aviation security procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
– Conducting access control at airport terminals and designated restricted areas
– Screening passengers using approved security screening equipment
– Inspecting cabin baggage for prohibited or restricted items
– Screening checked baggage using approved security screening systems
– Following aviation security regulations and operational procedures
– Assisting passengers professionally and courteously during the screening process
– Identifying and reporting suspicious activities or security incidents
– Maintaining a high standard of vigilance, safety, professionalism, and operational integrity
PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Successful candidates will undergo a structured training programme that may include:
– 12 days of fully paid professional training
– Practical and hands-on operational training
– Aviation security screening training
– Relevant certification, subject to applicable requirements
– Guidance and supervision from experienced trainers and operational personnel
Previous aviation or security experience is not mandatory, subject to the employer’s requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
– Minimum 1 N-Level credit
– Singaporean or legally eligible to work in Singapore
– Willing and able to work rotating shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
– No visible tattoos while wearing the company uniform
– Normal colour vision
– Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
– Responsible, alert, disciplined, and detail-oriented
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong commitment to safety, security, and customer service
