A reputable airline catering and aviation support company in Singapore is currently seeking responsible, motivated, and dedicated individuals to join its Airline Meal Production & Packing Team.

 

Employees will support the preparation, assembly, quality inspection, and packing of in-flight meals and beverages while following established food safety, hygiene, quality, and operational standards.

 

Previous experience is not mandatory. Comprehensive training will be provided to successful applicants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Successful candidates will assist with daily airline catering and meal production operations.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

– Packing airline meals according to established specifications

– Assembling meal trays accurately and efficiently

– Preparing beverages, desserts, snacks, and other meal components

– Inspecting food items before packing

– Maintaining food quality and presentation standards

– Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures

– Organizing production materials and supplies

– Assisting with inventory arrangement and storage

– Supporting kitchen production and meal-packing activities

– Maintaining cleanliness of workstations and production areas

– Completing meal orders according to operational schedules

– Performing other duties assigned by supervisors when required

 

 

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

 

No previous experience is required.

 

New employees will receive comprehensive training covering:

 

– Food handling procedures

– Airline catering operations

– Food hygiene and sanitation

– Quality control procedures

– Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

– Proper equipment usage

– Production workflow
