CARE HOME ATTENDANT / CARE WORKER
We are seeking responsible, caring, and dedicated candidates to join care facilities in Hong Kong. This position involves providing daily assistance and support to elderly residents in a professional and respectful care environment.
POSITION DETAILS
Location: Hong Kong – Kowloon / Hong Kong Island / New Territories
Position: Care Home Attendant / Care Worker
Employment Type: Full-Time / Shift-Based
Salary: HK$19,500 – HK$30,000 per month
Working Hours: Approximately 8–10 hours per day
Working Days: 5–6 days per week
Schedule: Rotating shifts according to operational requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Assist elderly residents with daily living activities and personal care
– Provide assistance with eating, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
– Support residents with mobility and physical activities
– Accompany residents during recreational and daily activities
– Monitor residents’ basic needs and provide appropriate assistance
– Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe care environment
– Assist with basic housekeeping duties in residents’ care areas
– Communicate respectfully with residents, colleagues, and supervisors
– Report unusual conditions or concerns to supervisors or nursing staff
– Support nurses, caregivers, and medical staff when required
– Follow workplace safety procedures and facility guidelines
– Respect residents’ privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
REQUIREMENTS
– Open to male and female applicants
– Responsible, patient, caring, and trustworthy
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Physically fit and able to assist elderly residents
– Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
– Previous caregiving or elderly-care experience is an advantage
– Candidates with healthcare or caregiving training are preferred
– Relevant certificates or qualifications are an advantage
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Candidates without extensive experience may also be considered, depending on employer requirements
WORKING CONDITIONS
– Full-time employment
– Shift-based schedule
– Approximately 8–10 hours per day
– 5–6 working days per week
– Rest days according to the employer’s schedule
– Employees must be prepared to work according to operational requirements
SALARY AND BENEFITS
– Monthly salary of HK$19,500 – HK$30,000
