A well-established healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking responsible, dedicated, and motivated individuals to join its pharmacy team as Pharmacy Assistants and Pharmacy Technicians.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidates will assist pharmacists and support the daily operations of the pharmacy. Responsibilities may include:
– Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and dispensing activities.
– Label, pack, sort, and organize prescription medicines according to established procedures.
– Prepare medications and pharmaceutical items for patient collection.
– Maintain accurate medication and patient-related records.
– Provide professional customer service to patients and visitors.
– Assist with patient registration and appointment enquiries.
– Manage patient queues and direct visitors to the appropriate service counters.
– Respond to general enquiries professionally.
– Perform administrative duties such as data entry and document filing.
– Maintain electronic healthcare records accurately and confidentially.
– Monitor medication and medical supply inventory.
– Conduct stock-taking and inventory reconciliation.
– Replenish pharmacy shelves and ensure appropriate storage of medications.
– Check product expiry dates and maintain proper stock rotation.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization within pharmacy areas.
– Follow healthcare regulations, workplace safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
– Support daily pharmacy workflow and operational activities.
– Work collaboratively with pharmacists, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
– Perform other duties assigned by supervisors when required.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum qualification of GCE A-Level or Diploma.
– No previous working experience required.
– Training will be provided.
