A reputable fruit packaging company in Singapore is seeking reliable, responsible, and motivated individuals to join its production and packing operations team as Kiwi Fruit Packers.

SALARY AND COMPENSATION
Eligible employees may receive the following remuneration package:
– Basic Salary: SGD 2,800 – SGD 3,200 per month
– Full Attendance Bonus: SGD 200 per month
– Meal Allowance: SGD 10 per working day
– Fixed Monthly Allowance: SGD 400
– Potential Gross Monthly Income: More than SGD 3,500, depending on attendance, allowances, and applicable compensation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will assist with daily fruit packing and production activities, including:
– Packing fresh kiwi fruits according to company standards
– Sorting fruits based on size, quality, and appearance
– Performing basic quality checks before packaging
– Labelling, sealing, and preparing cartons for shipment
– Arranging finished products for storage and distribution
– Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area
– Following food-handling, workplace safety, and hygiene procedures
– Assisting with general packing and warehouse duties when required
– Following instructions from supervisors and production team leaders
JOB REQUIREMENTS
