POSITION AVAILABLE
Production Operator / Factory Worker
Successful candidates will support daily manufacturing operations, including production, inspection, packaging, labelling, and general factory activities while maintaining company standards for quality, hygiene, and safety.

SALARY PACKAGE
Monthly Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 3,500

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Operations
– Operate production machinery and equipment.
– Prepare and handle production materials.
– Monitor production processes and product quality.
– Follow production schedules and standard operating procedures.
– Maintain productivity and workplace standards.
Packaging and Labelling
– Pack finished products according to company procedures.
– Perform accurate product labelling.
– Prepare finished products for storage and shipment.
– Conduct basic packaging quality checks.
Quality Control
– Inspect products during the manufacturing process.
– Identify and report defects or production abnormalities.
– Follow quality assurance procedures.
– Maintain required product quality standards.
Hygiene and Workplace Safety
– Maintain cleanliness in assigned production areas.
– Follow GMP, hygiene, and sanitation requirements.
– Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
– Comply with workplace safety procedures.
General Factory Support
– Assist supervisors with daily production activities.
– Support material handling and inventory movement.
– Work toward assigned production targets.
– Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Basic Requirements
– Male or Female applicants
– Minimum legal working age
– Physically fit and able to perform factory duties
– Able to stand for extended periods
– Willing to work in a manufacturing environment
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Able to follow workplace procedures and instructions
Experience
– Previous manufacturing experience is not required.
