SECURITY GUARD / BUILDING ATTENDANT

 

We are currently seeking responsible, reliable, and service-oriented candidates for Security Guard / Building Attendant positions in various locations across Hong Kong. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and smooth daily operation of residential, commercial, and building facilities.

 

JOB DETAILS

 

Location: Hong Kong – Kowloon / Hong Kong Island / New Territories

Position: Security Guard / Building Attendant

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 8–12 hours per day, depending on duty schedule

Work Schedule: Shift-based, including day and night shifts where required

Salary: HK$19,000 – HK$28,000+ per month

Overtime: Available subject to position and company requirements

Allowances: Shift and other applicable allowances may be provided according to company policy

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Maintain security, safety, and order within assigned buildings or properties

• Conduct regular patrols of lobbies, entrances, common areas, and designated facilities

• Monitor and control the entry and exit of residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel

• Verify visitor access and follow established security procedures

• Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious or unusual activities

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, visitors, and security-related activities when required

• Respond appropriately to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns

• Assist residents, guests, and visitors with general enquiries and directions

• Monitor building facilities and report maintenance or safety issues to the relevant department

• Coordinate with building management and other security personnel when necessary

• Ensure all assigned duties are carried out according to company security procedures and workplace regulations

• Provide professional and courteous service to residents, guests, and visitors

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

• Open to male and female applicants

• Physically fit and able to perform security and building-related duties

• Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and reliable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Cantonese and/or English communication ability is an advantage

• Previous experience in security, property management, building attendant, hospitality, or customer service is preferred

• Able to work independently as well as as part of a team

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required

• Able to remain calm and professional when handling emergencies or difficult situations

• Candidates with relevant security qualifications or experience may receive preference
