SALARY
Estimated Market Salary: HK$16,000 – HK$19,000 per month
Actual salary and remuneration packages may vary depending on the position, qualifications, work experience, responsibilities, and applicable employment terms.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service / Checkout
– Operate cashier and checkout services.
– Handle customer enquiries and provide professional assistance.
– Assist customers with their shopping needs.
– Support daily supermarket operations.
– Maintain a high standard of customer service.
Store / Ambient
– Replenish products and maintain attractive shelf displays.
– Pick and pack online customer orders.
– Maintain product presentation and store standards.
– Check product availability and shelf conditions.
– Support smooth daily store operations.
Supervisor / Management
– Supervise daily store operations and team members.
– Monitor inventory, merchandising, and store activities.
– Support sales targets and KPI performance.
– Manage manpower and customer service operations.
– Train, coach, and develop team members.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
REQUIREMENTS
– Secondary education or above for many entry-level positions.
– Previous experience in retail, supermarket operations, customer service, or related fields is an advantage.
– Customer-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and reliable.
– Proactive with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
– Supervisory or management experience is required for relevant management positions.
