JOB OVERVIEW
A dairy manufacturing company in Tai Po, Hong Kong is recruiting Production Assistants and Production Operators to support daily milk and yogurt production operations.
The successful candidates will work in a structured manufacturing environment and assist with production, product inspection, equipment sanitation, quality control, and general production activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Operate production machinery and equipment according to company procedures
– Assist with daily milk and yogurt production processes
– Prepare supporting materials and ingredients required for production
– Monitor production processes and report any abnormalities
– Conduct basic product inspections and quality checks
– Perform cleaning and sanitation of production equipment
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the production area
– Follow food safety, workplace safety, and hygiene procedures
– Assist with packaging, handling, and preparation of finished products when required
– Follow instructions from supervisors and production team leaders
– Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment
SALARY & BENEFITS
– Monthly salary of HK$17,000–HK$21,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum age of 18 years old
