Available Positions

 

1. Service Attendant

 

Monthly Salary: SGD $2,500 – $3,200

 

The Service Attendant will be responsible for providing professional and attentive service while supporting the smooth operation of the dining establishment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

– Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner.

– Take food and beverage orders accurately.

– Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.

– Provide attentive and courteous customer service throughout the dining experience.

– Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.

– Respond to guest enquiries professionally and efficiently.

– Support daily restaurant operations.

– Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams.

– Follow all hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.

 

2. F&B Captain

 

Monthly Salary: SGD $2,750 – $3,500

 

The F&B Captain will oversee front-of-house operations and support the service team in maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

– Supervise front-of-house operations during assigned shifts.

– Lead, coordinate, and support service team members.

– Ensure efficient workflow and consistent service quality.

– Monitor guest satisfaction and address service issues appropriately.

– Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.

– Assist management with daily restaurant operations.

– Train, guide, and mentor junior team members.

– Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and service standards.

– Facilitate effective communication between departments.
