5.5 DAYS PER WEEK

 

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Sunday: Rest Day

 

JOB SUMMARY

 

A well-established landscaping company in Singapore is seeking reliable, responsible, and hardworking Landscape Workers to join its professional landscaping team.

 

The successful candidates will be responsible for the routine maintenance and upkeep of gardens, landscaped areas, plants, shrubs, trees, walkways, and other outdoor spaces.

 

This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy outdoor work, are physically fit, have a positive attitude, and are willing to learn. Candidates without previous landscaping experience are welcome to apply. Training and on-the-job guidance will be provided to suitable candidates.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

– Perform daily landscape and garden maintenance.

– Water plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery.

– Remove weeds and unwanted vegetation.

– Prune and maintain shrubs, bushes, flowers, and plants.

– Prepare, loosen, and maintain soil.

– Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery.

– Assist with basic gardening and plant propagation activities.

– Remove leaves, branches, grass, weeds, and garden debris.

– Maintain gardens, walkways, planting areas, and outdoor facilities in clean condition.

– Prepare soil, garden beds, and planting areas when required.

– Safely operate basic gardening and landscaping tools.

– Assist with transporting and arranging gardening materials and equipment.

– Clean and properly store tools and equipment after use.

– Follow company procedures, workplace safety requirements, and supervisor instructions.

– Report damaged plants, equipment defects, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

– Work closely with team members to complete scheduled maintenance activities.

– Perform other landscaping and outdoor maintenance duties assigned by the supervisor.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

– No prior landscaping experience is required.

– Training and on-the-job guidance will be provided.

– Physically fit and capable of performing manual outdoor work.

– Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.

– Willing to work under different weather conditions when required.

– Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, digging, bending, pruning, watering, and cleaning.

– Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.

– Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures.

– Able to work independently after receiving appropriate training.

– Able to work effectively as part of a team.

– Willing to work a 5.5-day schedule.

– Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

– Committed to maintaining workplace safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

 

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

 

Previous experience in any of the following areas may be an advantage:

 

– Landscaping

– Gardening

– Agriculture

– Property maintenance

– Cleaning

– Construction

– Outdoor maintenance

– General manual work

 

However, relevant experience is not mandatory for suitable candidates.
