POSITION DETAILS
Position: Kiwi Fruit Packer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Singapore
Working Schedule: 4 Days per Week
SALARY & COMPENSATION
Successful candidates may receive the following remuneration package:
– Basic Salary: SGD 2,800 – SGD 3,200 per month
– Full Attendance Bonus: SGD 200 per month
– Meal Allowance: SGD 10 per working day
– Fixed Monthly Allowance: SGD 400
– Potential Gross Monthly Income: More than SGD 3,500, depending on attendance, allowances, and applicable compensation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
– Packing fresh kiwi fruits according to established company standards
– Sorting fruits according to size, quality, and appearance
– Conducting basic quality checks before packaging
– Labelling, sealing, and preparing cartons for shipment
– Arranging finished products for storage and distribution
– Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the packing area
– Following workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures
– Assisting with general packing and warehouse operations when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
– Open to eligible local and foreign applicants
– Male and female candidates are welcome
– No previous experience required
– Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
– Comfortable working in a cold-storage environment
– Responsible, punctual, and dependable
– Willing to learn and follow company procedures
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Employees will work in a professionally managed cold-storage facility designed to maintain the freshness and quality of fresh produce.
Appropriate protective clothing and safety equipment will be provided where required. Employees are expected to follow established food-handling, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
