Nestlé Hong Kong Limited is currently recruiting responsible, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join the KITKAT Chocolate Production Department in Yuen Long, Hong Kong.
This position offers an opportunity for candidates who are looking for stable, full-time employment in the food manufacturing and production industry. Previous factory experience is not required, as training and workplace guidance will be provided to suitable new employees.

SALARY
HK$17,000–23,000 per month
Overtime opportunities may be available depending on production schedules, operational requirements, and company arrangements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected employees will be responsible for supporting daily chocolate production and packaging operations, including:
– Packing and sorting KITKAT chocolate products
– Checking products for quality and packaging condition
– Applying product labels correctly
– Checking packaging information and product details
– Preparing finished products for storage and shipment
– Assisting with basic production line operations
– Moving and organizing packaged products when required
– Maintaining cleanliness and order in the assigned work area
– Following workplace safety and food hygiene standards
– Following instructions and standard operating procedures
– Supporting the production team in achieving daily targets
– Reporting packaging or product issues to the responsible supervisor
– Cooperating with colleagues to maintain an efficient production environment
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should meet the following basic requirements:
– Age 18 or above
– Male and female applicants are welcome
– Hong Kong local residents preferred
– No previous factory experience required
– Fresh graduates and first-time workers are welcome to apply
– Willing to learn new tasks and production procedures
– Able to follow instructions and workplace regulations
– Responsible, punctual, and reliable
– Physically fit and able to perform routine production duties
– Able to work independently when required
– Able to work effectively as part of a team
– Willing to maintain high standards of workplace cleanliness and hygiene
TRAINING PROVIDED
New employees will receive appropriate workplace training and guidance before performing their duties independently.
Training may include:
– Chocolate packaging procedures
– Product handling requirements
– Quality checking procedures
– Workplace safety standards
– Food hygiene requirements
– Production line procedures
– Workplace rules and daily responsibilities
