JOB OPPORTUNITY
A reputable healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking responsible and dependable individuals to join its Warehouse and Logistics team.
The successful candidate will support the storage, handling, inventory management, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment essential to daily healthcare operations.
No previous warehouse experience is required. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities include:
– Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery documentation.
– Sort, pack, label, and distribute inventory accurately.
– Consolidate stock and prepare items for dispatch.
– Match delivery invoices with signed acknowledgement documents.
– Perform outbound warehouse activities, including picking, packing, and releasing inventory.
– Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
– Assist with cycle counts and stock-taking activities.
– Ensure proper storage and handling of medical supplies according to healthcare and safety standards.
– Load and unload goods using proper manual handling procedures.
– Follow workplace safety regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
– Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet operational requirements.
– Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management when required.

REQUIREMENTS
– Age: 18 to 55 years old.
– No prior experience required.
– Candidates with warehouse or logistics experience are welcome to apply.
– Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move goods safely.
– Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is an advantage.
– Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions accurately.
– Good attention to detail.
– Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
– Able to work independently and as part of a team.
– Willing to learn and adapt to operational procedures.
