POSITION
Factory Production Worker
The successful candidate will support daily manufacturing operations for bottled drinking water. Key duties include assisting with production processes, operating and monitoring machinery, maintaining product quality, complying with hygiene and safety standards, and preparing finished products for distribution.
Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. Previous factory experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Assist with the production and processing of bottled drinking water.
– Operate and monitor production, filling, and packaging equipment.
– Perform packing, labeling, sorting, and product inspection.
– Conduct basic quality checks in accordance with company procedures.
– Maintain cleanliness and workplace hygiene standards.
– Comply with occupational health and safety requirements.
– Follow established standard operating procedures and production guidelines.
– Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.

WORKING SCHEDULE
– 6 working days per week
– 8–12 working hours per day, depending on operational requirements
– Overtime opportunities may be available based on production needs
SALARY & BENEFITS
Monthly Salary: SGD 3,800 – SGD 4,600
Actual earnings may vary depending on job assignment, work performance, overtime, and applicable allowances.

REQUIREMENTS
– Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment
