Location: Changi Airport Area, East Region, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time / Flexible Arrangement / Permanent Placement
Salary: Up to SGD 2,100 per month, depending on work schedule and commitment

Job Opportunity
ACE Management Services is currently recruiting responsible, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join its food operations team as Food Packers in the Changi Airport area.

Priority will be given to applicants who can commit to 4–5 working days per week or at least two weekend shifts.
Job Responsibilities
Food Packing
– Pack food products accurately and efficiently
– Handle fruits, pastries, beverages, snacks, bento meals, and other prepared food products
– Ensure products comply with company packaging standards
– Conduct quantity and quality checks
– Support daily production targets and operational requirements
Food Preparation Support
Depending on operational requirements, duties may include:
– Preparing vegetables and other ingredients
– Assisting with satay preparation
– Supporting meal preparation activities
– Organising food preparation stations
– Assisting with general kitchen operations
Portioning and Bento Assembly
– Portion food into designated containers
– Assemble bento meals according to company guidelines
– Handle rice, noodles, meat, vegetables, sauces, and side dishes
– Maintain consistent portion sizes and presentation
– Ensure completed products meet packaging and quality standards
Hygiene and Food Safety
– Follow food safety and hygiene requirements
– Maintain clean and organised workstations
– Apply proper food handling procedures
– Wear all required personal protective equipment
– Comply with workplace safety policies and company regulations
General Operational Duties
– Maintain cleanliness of work areas
– Organise packing materials and supplies
– Assist supervisors and team members when required
– Support operations during peak production periods
– Perform other duties assigned by management
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should be responsible, dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced food production environment.
Basic Requirements
– Minimum age: 16 years and above
– Valid Food Hygiene Certificate is mandatory
– Able to work day or night shifts
– Comfortable working in a food production environment
– Reliable, punctual, and responsible
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant Experience
Experience in the following areas will be an advantage:
