FACTORY CLEANER – SINGAPORE
Full-Time | Permanent Position | 5-Day Work Week
POSITION OVERVIEW
A reputable manufacturing company located in Yishun, Singapore, is currently seeking responsible, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join its operations team as Factory Cleaners.
This position offers a stable long-term employment opportunity in a structured and well-managed industrial environment. Candidates without previous cleaning experience are welcome to apply, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
Successful applicants will be trained on workplace cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, safety requirements, and the proper use of cleaning equipment and materials.

WORKING SCHEDULE
Monday – Friday
7:15 AM – 4:05 PM
– 5-day work week
– Fixed daytime working hours
– Weekends off

SALARY & EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS
Monthly Salary: SGD 1,900 – SGD 2,100

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Factory Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and general housekeeping standards throughout designated areas of the facility.
Key duties include:
– Cleaning and maintaining factory floors, including hard floors and carpeted areas
– Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms, pantries, and common facilities
– Wiping and disinfecting furniture, equipment, fixtures, and signage
– Cleaning glass panels, walls, ceilings, and other designated surfaces
– Performing manual cleaning of escalators, travelators, and lift surfaces where required
– Maintaining cleanliness in food preparation and operational areas
– Performing cleanroom cleaning duties according to established procedures
– Emptying waste bins and maintaining designated waste disposal areas
– Collecting, sorting, and disposing of waste in accordance with company procedures
– Following workplace safety, hygiene, and operational requirements
– Reporting cleaning or maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor
– Ensuring assigned areas remain clean, safe, and organized at all times
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
– No previous cleaning experience required
– Full training will be provided
– Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Responsible, reliable, and physically fit
– Good work attitude and strong sense of responsibility
– Willing to perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties
– Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
