MONTHLY SALARY
– Basic Salary: SGD 2,100 – SGD 2,800 per month
– Gross Monthly Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 per month
Gross salary may vary depending on overtime, shift allowances, incentives, performance bonuses, and work experience.
Additional earnings may be available through overtime and company incentive schemes.
WORKING SCHEDULE
– Monday to Friday
– Alternate Saturdays
– Fixed Shift Schedule
Available shifts may include:
– Day Shift
– Afternoon Shift
– Night Shift
Shift assignments are subject to operational requirements and availability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Mechatronics Engineering Technician, you will support daily engineering and production activities while maintaining quality, safety, and operational standards.
Key responsibilities include:
– Assemble mechatronics systems, precision mechanical components, and electronic assemblies according to engineering drawings and production specifications.
– Perform functional testing, calibration, inspection, and verification of completed assemblies.
– Operate specialized manufacturing equipment and automated production machinery safely and efficiently.
– Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
– Perform preventive maintenance and basic servicing of production equipment.
– Record inspection reports, testing results, and production documentation accurately.
– Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities to supervisors or engineers.
– Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
– Follow workplace safety regulations, quality control procedures, and standard operating procedures.
– Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the production area.
– Work closely with engineers, production supervisors, and quality assurance personnel to achieve production targets.
– Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
– Perform other duties assigned by supervisors when required.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
– No previous working experience required.
– Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.
– Candidates with experience in semiconductor, electronics, engineering, manufacturing, automation, or mechatronics are encouraged to apply.
– Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
