Singo Maintenance Pte. Ltd. is seeking responsible, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our hospitality cleaning and facilities support operations across various prominent locations in Singapore.
This is a full-time employment opportunity for candidates interested in developing a stable, long-term career in Singapore’s hospitality and facilities management sector.
Candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply. Applicants without prior experience may also be considered, with training and workplace orientation provided.
Position: Hotel Cleaner
As a Hotel Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation across assigned hospitality and commercial facilities.
You will work closely with supervisors, housekeeping personnel, and facilities teams to ensure that guests, visitors, and staff are provided with a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Salary
SGD 2,000 – SGD 2,800 per month
Actual salary may vary depending on:
– Assigned work location
– Shift schedule
– Overtime availability

– Relevant experience
Additional earnings may be available for eligible overtime, night shifts, extended working hours, and special assignments.

Work Locations & Shift Arrangements
Marina Bay / Suntec City
8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Sentosa
12-hour day or night shifts
Changi Airport
11:30 PM – 7:30 AM, night shift
Bugis
Day or night shifts
Orchard Road
Morning, afternoon, or overnight shifts
Mandai Wildlife Reserve
Facilities and hospitality support operations
Shift arrangements may vary according to operational requirements and assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
– Clean and maintain hotel rooms and guest facilities
– Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize designated areas
– Clean restrooms, corridors, elevators, and public areas
– Collect and dispose of waste appropriately
– Replenish cleaning and housekeeping supplies
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in public areas
– Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures
– Comply with workplace health and safety requirements
– Report maintenance or facility-related issues to supervisors
– Support housekeeping and facilities operations when required
– Maintain professional standards throughout the workplace
Requirements
Applicants should:
– Be responsible, reliable, and hardworking
– Be physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
– Be able to work independently and as part of a team
– Be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
– Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn
– Have basic communication skills
– Have previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, which is an advantage but not mandatory
Training and workplace orientation will be provided to successful candidates who do not have previous experience.
Required Work Attire
Applicants should be prepared to wear:
– Black long trousers
– Black working shoes
Company uniforms and necessary work equipment will be provided where applicable.
Additional Position: Marble Maintenance Specialist – Night Shift
Candidates with relevant floor-care experience may also be considered for the Marble Maintenance Specialist position.
Key Responsibilities
– Polish and maintain marble flooring
– Perform floor scrubbing and maintenance
– Operate floor polishing and maintenance equipment
– Maintain high standards of floor presentation
– Support overnight cleaning and maintenance operations
