Production Operator / Packing Staff

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Operators and Packing Staff will be responsible for supporting the company’s daily manufacturing and packaging activities.
Duties may include:
– Operating production machinery and equipment
– Assisting with chocolate milk production processes
– Preparing raw materials and production supplies
– Packing finished products according to company standards
– Labelling and checking packaged products
– Conducting basic product quality inspections
– Identifying and reporting damaged or defective products
– Preparing finished products for warehouse storage
– Organizing production materials and work areas
– Maintaining cleanliness throughout the workplace
– Following food safety and hygiene requirements
– Following workplace health and safety procedures
– Supporting supervisors and production team members
– Meeting daily production and packaging targets
WORKING SCHEDULE
– 5 working days per week
– Morning and night shifts available
– Rotating shifts may be required
– Working hours depend on the assigned department
– Overtime opportunities may be available during busy production periods
– Rest days will be arranged according to the company schedule
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
No previous factory experience is required for selected entry-level positions.
New employees will receive training covering:
– Production procedures
– Machine and equipment operation
– Product handling
– Packing and labelling procedures
– Food safety and hygiene
– Quality control procedures
– Workplace safety
– Production standards
– Teamwork and communication
Training is designed to help new employees understand their responsibilities and adapt to the working environment.
