A professional pet care facility in Kai Tak, Kowloon, Hong Kong is currently hiring a Cattery Assistant / Cat Care Worker to join its team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily cat care, cleanliness, comfort, and safety. Previous experience is not required, as training and guidance will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
– Provide daily care and attention to cats in the cattery.
– Prepare and provide food according to feeding schedules and requirements.
– Ensure cats have access to clean and fresh drinking water.
– Clean cat cages, sleeping areas, and common activity spaces regularly.
– Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic environment.
– Assist with basic cat care routines and daily monitoring.
– Observe cats’ behavior, activity levels, and general condition.
– Report unusual behavior, health concerns, or changes to supervisors.
– Handle cats carefully and safely during daily activities.
– Assist with basic grooming when required.
– Maintain proper workplace hygiene standards.
– Support daily cattery operations and other assigned duties.
– Ensure areas used by cats remain comfortable and suitable for their needs.
Working Environment
The cattery provides a clean and comfortable workplace where employees can work closely with cats while developing practical animal care skills.
Employees will work alongside an experienced team to ensure that all cats receive proper attention, care, and support.
