Candidates may be assigned to different store locations depending on the available vacancies, position requirements and company needs.
SALARY & INCOME
– Basic salary: HK$17,000–HK$22,000 per month
– Total monthly income with commission and bonuses: up to HK$27,000+

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Selected employees will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of branded retail stores.
Main duties may include:
– Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner
– Provide information about products, prices and promotions
– Recommend suitable products according to customer needs
– Assist customers during the purchasing process
– Handle cash, card and other payment transactions when assigned
– Maintain attractive and organized product displays
– Replenish products and monitor stock levels
– Receive, organize and store merchandise
– Check product quantities and assist with inventory control
– Keep the sales floor, counters and store area clean and organized
– Support promotional campaigns and special sales events
– Provide excellent customer service
– Follow company retail procedures and workplace standards
– Assist supervisors and other team members with daily store operations
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
– Male or female candidates may apply
– Age according to the requirements of the hiring company
– Presentable, friendly and customer-oriented
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Responsible, punctual and disciplined
– Able to work as part of a team
– Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment
– Retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage
– Previous experience working with branded products is an advantage
– Mandarin, English or Cantonese language skills are an advantage
– Fresh graduates may be considered for selected positions
– Candidates must be willing to follow company policies and work schedules
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Successful candidates may have the opportunity to develop their careers within the retail industry. Depending on performance and experience, employees may progress to positions such as Senior Sales Assistant, Senior Retail Associate, Store Supervisor or Retail Team Leader.
Training may also be provided to help new employees understand product knowledge, customer service standards, store procedures and daily retail operations.
