WORK ENVIRONMENT
Successful candidates will be assigned to a modern shopping mall in the Kovan area. The workplace provides a professional, clean, and well-maintained environment, with air-conditioned common areas.
The location is conveniently situated within walking distance of Kovan MRT Station, providing convenient access for daily commuting.
Employees will work as part of a professional cleaning and facilities management team, with cleanliness, workplace safety, service quality, and teamwork maintained as key operational priorities.

– Gross monthly salary of SGD 2,450 – SGD 2,500

WORKING HOURS
Employees may be assigned to one of the following shifts, depending on operational requirements:
Morning Shift
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Shift assignments will be determined according to operational requirements and company scheduling.
WORK SCHEDULE
– 6 working days per week
– 1 rostered rest day per week
– Stable shift arrangement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Shopping Mall Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, and welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, visitors, and staff.
Key duties include:
– Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
– Cleaning entrances, exits, corridors, walkways, and common areas
– Maintaining escalator surroundings and lift lobbies
– Cleaning public seating and designated areas
– Emptying rubbish bins and replacing waste liners
– Collecting and disposing of waste according to company procedures
– Cleaning and disinfecting public restrooms
– Replenishing soap, tissue paper, hand towels, and other restroom supplies
– Cleaning mirrors, glass panels, windows, railings, doors, and other high-touch surfaces
– Dusting furniture, fixtures, and designated areas
– Maintaining cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies
– Responding promptly to cleaning requirements within assigned areas
– Reporting maintenance issues, damaged facilities, or shortages of cleaning supplies to supervisors
– Following workplace health and safety procedures
– Using cleaning equipment and cleaning products correctly and safely
– Working closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
– Able to work 6 days per week
– Physically fit and capable of performing routine cleaning duties
– Responsible, punctual, and dependable
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory
– Applicants without prior experience are welcome
– Willing to undergo company-provided training
– Candidates available for immediate commencement are preferred
