AIRPORT LOUNGE EXECUTIVE WAITER / WAITRESS

POSITION OVERVIEW
A premium airport lounge at Changi Airport Terminal 3 is seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join its hospitality team as Executive Waiter / Waitress.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional international environment serving business executives, premium passengers, and international travelers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality guest service while maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, food presentation, lounge operations, and overall guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Services
– Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
– Provide attentive and responsive customer service throughout the guest’s visit.
– Handle guest enquiries and requests efficiently.
– Maintain a professional appearance and service attitude at all times.
Food & Beverage Services
– Monitor buffet and beverage stations.
– Replenish food and beverage items when required.
– Maintain proper food presentation and service standards.
– Ensure dining areas are adequately stocked and presentable.
Lounge Operations
– Clear used plates, cups, cutlery, and other service items.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and seating areas.
– Ensure the lounge remains clean, comfortable, and presentable.
– Support daily operational requirements according to established procedures.
Team & Compliance
– Assist colleagues during peak operating periods.
– Follow company policies, service procedures, and operational standards.
– Comply with applicable airport safety and security requirements.
– Maintain professional conduct when interacting with guests, colleagues, and management.

WORKING HOURS
Night Shift:
– 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
– 30-minute meal break
– 8.25 paid working hours per shift
– Fixed roster with a stable monthly schedule
Morning shifts may be available depending on operational requirements.

– Full-time employment
– 5–6 working days per week
– Approximately 22 working days per month
– Stable roster and consistent monthly working schedule

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
– Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)
– Able to commit to permanent night-shift work
– Professional appearance and positive service attitude
– Strong customer-service and communication skills
– Reliable, responsible, and punctual
– Able to work effectively as part of a team
– Eligible to obtain the required airport security clearance
– Clean background record
Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, customer service, airport operations, or related industries will be an advantage.
Training will be provided to successful candidates where applicable.

AIRPORT SECURITY CLEARANCE
As this position is located within a secured airport environment, successful applicants must obtain the required airport security clearance before commencing employment.
Required Documents
Applicants may be required to provide:
– Original and photocopy of NRIC
– Recent passport-sized photograph
– Updated residential address
– Relevant background information and supporting documentation
Estimated processing time: Approximately 2–3 weeks, subject to the applicable clearance process.
Assistance will be provided throughout the required clearance procedures.
