Shift: Day Shift / Night Shift
Work Schedule: 5 Days Work / 2 Days Rest
SALARY & BENEFITS
Monthly Salary: Up to HK$18,000–HK$22,000

POSITION SUMMARY
Hong Kong International Airport is recruiting reliable and responsible individuals to join its airport ground operations team as Trolley Assistants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, transporting, organizing, and redistributing baggage trolleys throughout designated passenger areas. The position plays an important role in maintaining efficient airport operations and ensuring passengers have convenient access to baggage trolleys.
Comprehensive training will be provided. Previous airport experience is not required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Collect and return baggage trolleys from designated airport areas.
– Transport trolleys safely to assigned collection points.
– Maintain sufficient trolley availability throughout each shift.
– Monitor and replenish trolley stations during busy periods.
– Inspect trolleys and report damaged or defective equipment.
– Maintain clean and organized trolley areas.
– Follow airport operational procedures and safety requirements.
– Support operations during weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods.
– Work closely with supervisors and other airport service teams.
– Provide basic assistance or directions to passengers when required.
– Maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and service standards.
– Perform other operational duties assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
– No previous experience required.
– Training provided.
– Minimum basic education.
– Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
– Comfortable with extended periods of walking and standing.
– Able to work indoors and outdoors.
– Able to safely push and maneuver baggage trolleys.
– Willing to work day or night shifts.
– Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
– Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and dependable.
– Good teamwork and communication skills.
– Able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
– Basic English communication skills preferred.
– Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage but not mandatory.
