NOW HIRING – FOOD PRODUCTION & PACKAGING WORKERS
A food production and packaging team in Yuen Long, Hong Kong is currently seeking hardworking, responsible, disciplined, and motivated individuals to join the production and packaging operation for Oreo ice cream products.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are interested in working in the food manufacturing and packaging industry. Applicants do not necessarily need previous factory experience, as basic workplace and production training may be provided to suitable employees.
Employees will work as part of a production team and will be responsible for supporting daily manufacturing, product preparation, inspection, packing, labeling, sorting, and general production activities. Candidates should be prepared to work in a structured production environment and follow company requirements regarding food hygiene, workplace safety, quality standards, and production procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful applicants may be responsible for a range of daily production and packaging duties, including:
– Packing Oreo ice cream and other assigned food products according to production requirements
– Placing finished products into the correct packaging
– Checking product packaging and labels before products are moved to the next production stage
– Inspecting products for visible packaging defects or irregularities
– Sorting and arranging finished products according to production instructions
– Preparing cartons, wrappers, containers, labels, and other packaging materials
– Supplying packaging materials to the appropriate production area
– Assisting production workers with routine manufacturing tasks
– Maintaining an organized and clean working area throughout the shift
– Following food hygiene and sanitation requirements
– Following workplace health and safety procedures
– Wearing required protective equipment and maintaining proper hygiene standards
– Reporting damaged packaging, production issues, or product irregularities to supervisors
– Following instructions from production leaders and supervisors
– Supporting other reasonable production-related duties when required
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The position involves working in a food production and packaging environment where employees are expected to maintain good personal hygiene, cleanliness, discipline, and attention to detail.
The work may involve standing for extended periods, repetitive packing movements, handling packaging materials, checking products, and working according to established production targets and procedures.
Employees must be able to work cooperatively with other members of the production team and maintain a professional attitude throughout their working hours.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should meet the following general requirements:
– Minimum 18 years old
– Physically fit and capable of performing routine production and packing duties
– Able to stand and work for extended periods
– Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
– Responsible and punctual
– Willing to learn new production procedures
– Able to follow instructions from supervisors
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Good working attitude and discipline
– Willing to work according to a shift schedule
– Able to comply with food hygiene and workplace safety requirements
– Previous factory, food production, or packing experience is not necessarily required
– Must have valid eligibility and authorization to work in Hong Kong
EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a factory, food production facility, warehouse, packaging operation, or manufacturing environment can be an advantage, but suitable applicants without previous experience may also be considered.
Basic training may be provided to help new employees understand the production process, packing procedures, hygiene standards, workplace safety requirements, and daily responsibilities.
TRAINING & ONBOARDING
New employees may receive basic workplace orientation and job training before performing assigned duties independently.
Training may cover:

– Product handling requirements

– Proper use of equipment and materials
– Quality-control requirements
