AVAILABLE POSITIONS
1. Full-Time Store Crew
Suitable for applicants seeking stable, full-time employment and long-term career opportunities.
2. Part-Time Store Crew

Vacancies may be available at selected MIXUE stores across Hong Kong, depending on operational requirements.

SALARY
Full-Time Store Crew
HK$17,000 – HK$24,000 per month
Part-Time Store Crew
HK$70 – HK$90 per hour
Actual salary may vary depending on qualifications, experience, job responsibilities, working location, employment status, and company requirements.
Overtime opportunities may also be available depending on operational needs and applicable company arrangements.

WORKING SCHEDULE
– Approximately 8 working hours per shift
– 1-hour meal break
– 6 working days per week
– 1 rotating day off per week
– Rotating morning, afternoon, evening, and closing shifts
– Weekend work may be required
– Public holiday work may be required
– Overtime may be available according to operational needs

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Store Crew members may be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the MIXUE store, including:
– Preparing ice cream, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards
– Taking customer orders accurately
– Processing payments through the POS system
– Providing friendly and professional customer service
– Answering basic customer questions regarding products
– Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store
– Cleaning workstations, equipment, tables, and other assigned areas
– Restocking ingredients, packaging materials, and store supplies
– Checking product quality and freshness
– Assisting with inventory management
– Supporting opening and closing procedures
– Following food safety and hygiene requirements
– Following company operating procedures
– Supporting supervisors and other team members
– Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should meet the following basic requirements:
– Minimum age of 18 years old
– High school graduate or equivalent
– Male and female applicants are welcome
