Working Hours: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts
Monthly Salary: SGD 3,800 – SGD 4,000
POSITION OVERVIEW
A reputable airport hospitality facility at Changi Airport, Singapore, is seeking responsible, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to join its professional Housekeeping team.

SALARY & WORKING SCHEDULE
The position follows a 6-day work week with 12-hour rotating shifts. Employees may be required to work weekends and Public Holidays according to the operational roster.
Day Shift
– Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
– Monthly Salary: Up to SGD 3,800
Night Shift
– Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
– Monthly Salary: Up to SGD 4,000
Overtime may be required depending on operational requirements and applicable company policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, and comfortable environment throughout assigned airport hospitality facilities.
Responsibilities include:
– Clearing used plates, trays, cups, bowls, and utensils from dining areas
– Cleaning and sanitising tables, chairs, counters, and guest-contact surfaces
– Maintaining cleanliness of lounges, waiting areas, dining areas, and common facilities
– Cleaning, inspecting, and replenishing public restrooms
– Replenishing toiletries, tissues, hand soap, paper towels, and other supplies
– Emptying waste bins and disposing of rubbish according to established hygiene procedures
– Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining floors in assigned areas
– Cleaning glass panels, windows, doors, elevators, and other public facilities
– Ensuring assigned areas consistently meet company cleanliness standards
– Reporting maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged equipment to supervisors
– Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
– Following workplace safety, hygiene, and airport security procedures
– Responding promptly to operational cleaning requests
– Working closely with colleagues to support smooth daily operations
– Maintaining a professional standard of housekeeping service at all times
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
– Basic English communication skills
– Good interpersonal and communication skills
– Responsible, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
– Physically fit and capable of performing housekeeping duties
– Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
– Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
– Able to comply with airport safety and security requirements
– Able to undergo required background and security clearance
– Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hotel, or hospitality services is an advantage
– Applicants without previous experience may be considered, subject to the employer’s requirements and training provisions
