POSITION OVERVIEW
We are recruiting Ice Cream Packers to support daily manufacturing and packaging operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for packing, inspecting, labeling, and preparing finished ice cream products for distribution while ensuring that all company quality, hygiene, and food safety requirements are followed.
Previous manufacturing experience is not required. Full on-the-job training will be provided to successful applicants.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The main duties include:
– Packing finished ice cream products into containers, boxes, and cartons according to company standards.
– Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality and food safety requirements.
– Checking product labels, batch numbers, expiry dates, and packaging information.
– Identifying and reporting damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged products.
– Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in production and packaging areas.
– Following company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
– Complying with workplace health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
– Supporting production teams in achieving daily production targets.
– Assisting with product handling and movement during busy production periods.
– Working efficiently in temperature-controlled production areas.
– Performing other reasonable production-related duties assigned by supervisors.
WORKING HOURS
Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Schedule:
4 working days followed by 2 rest days on a rotating schedule.
Overtime:
Overtime opportunities may be available depending on operational requirements and will be compensated according to company policy.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Monthly Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 3,650
The remuneration package may include:
– Room Allowance: SGD 150 per month
– Attendance Bonus: SGD 100 per month
– Meal Allowance: SGD 15 per working day
– Shift Allowance: SGD 15 – SGD 25 per shift

No previous manufacturing experience is required. Training will be provided to successful candidates.
