JOB OVERVIEW
A well-established manufacturing company in Singapore is currently seeking responsible, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join its production team as Cleanroom Production Operators.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional and controlled cleanroom manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be involved in the cleaning, inspection, handling, and packing of precision equipment components while maintaining strict standards for product quality, cleanliness, workplace safety, and production procedures.
No previous cleanroom or manufacturing experience is required. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to successful candidates.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
– Basic Salary: Up to SGD 2,200 per month
– Additional Daily Allowance
– AWS / 13th Month Bonus

– Estimated Gross Monthly Salary: SGD 1,800–SGD 2,500, including overtime and allowances

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Clean, inspect, handle, and pack precision equipment components in a controlled cleanroom environment.
– Perform wiping, polishing, and contamination-removal processes according to established quality standards.
– Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and production requirements.
– Handle approved cleaning chemicals safely and comply with workplace health and safety regulations.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production areas.
– Complete production documentation, inspection records, and cleaning logs accurately.
– Conduct basic quality inspections on processed components.
– Support other production-related duties as assigned by supervisors.
– Maintain consistent compliance with cleanroom, quality, and safety requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
– Comfortable working in a controlled cleanroom environment.
– Willing to wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during working hours.
– Physically fit and capable of handling items weighing approximately 15–20 kg.
– Responsible, disciplined, reliable, and detail-oriented.
– Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
– Willing to learn and follow established production procedures.
– No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
