A well-established healthcare organization in Singapore is expanding its workforce and seeking dedicated, responsible, and enthusiastic individuals to join its professional pharmacy team as Pharmacy Assistants and Pharmacy Technicians.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidates will support pharmacists and assist in ensuring smooth and accurate pharmacy operations. Duties include:
– Assist pharmacists in preparing medications for dispensing.
– Label, pack, sort, and organize prescription medicines according to procedures.
– Prepare medications and pharmaceutical items for patient collection.
– Maintain accurate medication records.
– Provide professional frontline customer service to patients and visitors.
– Assist with patient registration and appointment enquiries.
– Manage patient queues and direct visitors to appropriate service counters.
– Handle general enquiries professionally.
– Perform administrative duties, including data entry and document filing.
– Maintain and update electronic healthcare records accurately and confidentially.
– Monitor medicine and medical supply inventory.
– Perform stock-taking and inventory reconciliation.
– Replenish pharmacy shelves and ensure proper storage of medications.
– Check expiry dates and maintain proper stock rotation.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization within pharmacy areas.
– Comply with healthcare regulations, workplace safety policies, and confidentiality requirements.
– Support daily pharmacy operations and workflow.
– Work closely with pharmacists, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
– Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors when required.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum qualification of GCE A-Level or Diploma.
– No prior working experience required.
– Comprehensive training will be provided.
