A leading aviation security operations team at Changi Airport is seeking responsible, vigilant, and service-oriented individuals to join as Aviation Screening Officers.

Candidates without previous aviation or security experience may apply, subject to meeting the required eligibility criteria. Successful applicants will receive structured, paid professional training before commencing operational duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Aviation Screening Officer will be responsible for supporting airport security operations and ensuring compliance with established aviation security procedures.
Key duties include:
– Conducting access control at airport terminals and designated restricted areas
– Screening passengers using approved security screening equipment
– Inspecting cabin baggage for prohibited or restricted items
– Screening checked baggage using security screening systems
– Ensuring compliance with aviation security regulations and operating procedures
– Assisting passengers professionally and courteously throughout the screening process
– Identifying and reporting suspicious activities or security incidents
– Maintaining a high standard of vigilance, safety, professionalism, and operational integrity
PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Successful candidates will undergo a structured training programme, including:
– 12 days of fully paid professional training
– Practical and hands-on operational training
– Aviation security screening training and certification, subject to applicable requirements
– Guidance and supervision from experienced trainers and operational personnel
Previous aviation or security experience is not mandatory.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
– Minimum 1 N-Level credit
– Singaporean or legally eligible to work in Singapore
– Willing and able to work rotating shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
– No visible tattoos while wearing the company uniform
– Normal colour vision
– Physically fit and able to remain standing for extended periods
– Responsible, alert, disciplined, and detail-oriented
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong commitment to safety, security, and customer service
