JOB OPPORTUNITY
A well-established food manufacturing company in Tuas South, Singapore, is seeking reliable and responsible individuals to join its production team as Milk Powder Packers / Product Line Operators.

POSITION DETAILS
Position: Milk Powder Packer / Product Line Operator
Location: Tuas South, West Region, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
Work Schedule: 4-Day Work Week
Shift Duration: 12 Hours
Work Schedule
Employees will be assigned to one of the following schedules:
– Monday to Thursday
– Tuesday to Friday
Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Overtime is applicable after 44 working hours per week, in accordance with applicable Singapore Ministry of Manpower regulations.
SALARY & BENEFITS
Basic Salary: Up to SGD 2,200 per month
Additional Allowances
– Performance Allowance: SGD 100 per month
– Transport Allowance: SGD 50 per month
– Day Shift Allowance: SGD 10 per working day
– Night Shift Allowance: SGD 13 per working day
– Overtime Pay: Applicable based on eligible working hours
Estimated Gross Monthly Income: SGD 2,700 – SGD 3,200++
Actual monthly earnings may vary depending on shift assignment, overtime hours, allowances, and applicable company policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Pick, pack, and prepare milk powder products for distribution
– Operate and assist with production line activities
– Load and unload raw materials and finished products
– Conduct basic quality checks during production and packing
– Ensure products are correctly sealed, labelled, and packaged
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the production area
– Follow established food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
– Comply with company operating procedures and supervisor instructions
– Perform other duties assigned by the production supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
– Valid Food Hygiene Certificate
– Willing and able to work 12-hour shifts
– Physically fit and comfortable performing manual work
– Able to stand for extended periods
– Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
– Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious
– Willing to follow company procedures and instructions
Previous manufacturing experience is not required. Full training will be provided to successful candidates.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Employees will work in a clean, organised, and professionally maintained food manufacturing facility.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided, including:
– Jumpsuit

– Eye protection
