SALARY & BENEFITS
Basic Salary
From SGD 2,496 per month
Based on an hourly rate of SGD 12 and a six-day work week.
Shift Allowance
– Afternoon Shift: SGD 6 per working day
– Night Shift: SGD 9 per working day
Estimated Gross Monthly Salary
– Morning Shift: From SGD 2,496
– Afternoon Shift: Up to SGD 2,652
– Night Shift: Up to SGD 2,730
Overtime Pay
– SGD 18 per hour
– Additional earnings available through approved overtime work
WORKING HOURS
Applicants may select one permanent shift, subject to operational requirements and availability.
Morning Shift
Monday – Saturday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift
Monday – Saturday
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Shift Allowance: SGD 6 per working day
Night Shift
Sunday – Friday
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shift Allowance: SGD 9 per working day
Rest days will be arranged according to the selected shift schedule.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Production Operator / Packing Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily production and packing operations, including:
– Operating and assisting with yoghurt production and packing processes
– Packing finished yoghurt products into cartons according to company standards
– Picking products according to production and delivery requirements
– Conducting basic quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards
– Labelling, sealing, and tagging products accurately
– Stacking cartons onto pallets for storage and shipment
– Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within production and warehouse areas
– Following food safety, quality control, and workplace safety procedures
– Assisting with general production and warehouse duties as assigned
Full training will be provided to ensure employees understand the required procedures and workplace standards.

REQUIREMENTS
– No previous experience required

– Able to follow food safety and workplace safety procedures
