JOB OPPORTUNITY
Golden Village, one of Singapore’s established cinema operators, is seeking responsible, service-oriented, and motivated individuals to join its team at Golden Village Century Square.
Multiple positions are available for both experienced candidates and individuals with no previous experience. Comprehensive training and on-the-job guidance will be provided to successful applicants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on the assigned position, responsibilities may include:
– Providing professional and courteous customer service
– Processing ticket sales and cashier transactions accurately
– Preparing and serving food, snacks, and beverages
– Assisting customers with cinema hall directions and seating
– Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout cinema facilities
– Cleaning cinema halls between screenings
– Checking and verifying tickets before customer entry
– Supporting daily cinema operations and customer flow
– Following workplace safety requirements and company service standards
– Performing other operational duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
– Open to male and female applicants
– Minimum age of 18 years
– Previous experience is not mandatory
– Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome to apply
– Basic English communication skills
– Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and reliable
– Positive attitude with a strong customer-service orientation
– Able to work independently and effectively within a team
– Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
TRAINING & CAREER DEVELOPMENT
All newly recruited employees will undergo structured orientation and on-the-job training to ensure they understand their responsibilities, workplace procedures, and service standards.
