OFFICIAL JOB VACANCY – CANDY & CHOCOLATE FACTORY, SINGAPORE
Location: Senoko Industrial Area, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Monthly Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 4,000
Working Days: 5–6 Days per Week
Working Hours: Rotating Day and Night Shifts, depending on departmental requirements

The company specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of confectionery products, including chocolates, gummies, hard and soft candies, caramel products, and specialty sweets. Its products are supplied to supermarkets, retail chains, convenience stores, wholesalers, airports, and international markets.
The facility operates using modern manufacturing processes and maintains high standards of food safety, hygiene, quality control, and workplace safety. Successful candidates will receive appropriate training and workplace support in a professional manufacturing environment.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
1. CANDY PACKER
Monthly Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 2,800
Key Responsibilities
– Inspect and sort confectionery products before packaging.
– Pack products into pouches, trays, boxes, and cartons.
– Apply product labels accurately.
– Identify and remove defective or damaged products.
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.
– Support daily production targets and operational requirements.
Requirements
– No previous experience required.
– Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
– Responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail.
– Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
2. PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Monthly Salary: SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,300
Key Responsibilities
– Operate and monitor assigned production processes.
– Prepare ingredients and assist with mixing operations.
– Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
– Maintain accurate production records.
– Follow established food safety, hygiene, and manufacturing procedures.
Requirements
– Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential.
– Full training will be provided.
– Able to work independently and as part of a team.
– Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
3. MACHINE OPERATOR
Monthly Salary: SGD 2,700 – SGD 3,600
Key Responsibilities
– Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
– Set up machines according to production specifications.
– Monitor machine performance and production output.
– Conduct routine equipment inspections.
– Perform basic preventive maintenance where required.
– Report machine abnormalities and assist with resolving minor operational issues.
Requirements
– Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude is preferred.
– Previous machine operation experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
– Training will be provided.
– Willing to work rotating shifts.
4. WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT
Monthly Salary: SGD 2,400 – SGD 3,200
Key Responsibilities
– Receive, inspect, and organize raw materials and supplies.

– Conduct stock counts and inventory checks.

5. QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT
