KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Security Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment for visitors, employees, tenants, and company assets.
Key duties include:
– Monitoring entry and exit points
– Verifying visitor identification and issuing visitor passes
– Conducting regular security patrols
– Monitoring CCTV systems and security equipment
– Responding promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
– Preventing unauthorised access to restricted areas
– Managing crowd control during peak periods and special events
– Preparing daily occurrence reports and incident documentation
– Assisting visitors with enquiries and directions
– Reporting security concerns and incidents to supervisors
– Coordinating with emergency response teams, police, and relevant authorities when required
– Ensuring compliance with site-specific security procedures and workplace safety requirements
– Maintaining professional service standards while carrying out security duties
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
– Basic English reading and writing ability
– Responsible, trustworthy, and disciplined work attitude
– Good observation skills and situational awareness
– Physically fit and capable of performing routine patrol duties
– Willingness to work permanent day or night shifts
