We are seeking a responsible and reliable Block Cleaner to join our team at a residential property located in the Stevens Road area, Singapore.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 6-Day Work Week
Rest Day: 1 day per week
Monthly Salary
SGD 1,910 – SGD 2,100
Salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and overall work performance.

Key Responsibilities
– Sweep and mop common corridors, walkways, and shared public areas.
– Clean lifts, lift lobbies, staircases, and common facilities.
– Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and washing areas.
– Clean car parks and surrounding outdoor areas.
– Collect, remove, and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
– Maintain clean and organized bin centres and refuse collection areas.
– Report maintenance issues, property damage, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
– Follow assigned cleaning schedules and workplace safety procedures.
– Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the assigned residential premises.
Job Requirements
– Responsible, reliable, and punctual.
– Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning duties.
– Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
– Previous cleaning experience is not required.
Full training will be provided to successful applicants.
