Cheese Factory Production Worker

 

A leading cheese manufacturing facility in Hong Kong is recruiting reliable and motivated workers to join its production team. This is a full-time opportunity suitable for candidates who are interested in stable factory employment and are willing to work in a structured food-production environment.

 

Position: Cheese Factory Production Worker

Location: Hong Kong

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: HK$16,000–HK$20,000 per month

Working Hours: 8–10 hours per day

Work Schedule: Shift-based

Working Days: 6 days per week

Rest Day: 1 day per week

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Employees will support daily cheese manufacturing and packaging operations. Responsibilities may include:

 

– Assisting with the production and processing of cheese products

– Preparing, weighing, and organizing raw materials according to production requirements

– Operating basic food-processing and production equipment

– Monitoring production processes and reporting issues to supervisors

– Packing finished cheese products according to company standards

– Applying product labels, dates, and packaging information

– Conducting basic quality checks on finished products

– Checking product appearance, packaging condition, and cleanliness

– Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the production area

– Cleaning and sanitizing workstations and production equipment as required

– Following food safety and hygiene procedures

– Following workplace health and safety regulations

– Working closely with supervisors and other production team members

– Completing other general production duties assigned by the supervisor

 

Candidate Requirements

 

Applicants should be responsible, physically fit, and willing to work in a food manufacturing environment.

 

– Open to male and female applicants

– Age: 18–45 years old

– Minimum education: Junior High School / Senior High School

– Physically fit and able to perform factory-related duties

– Able to stand and work for extended periods

– Willing to work in a production and food-processing environment

– Willing to work rotating shifts

– Willing to work overtime when required

– Able to follow company rules and workplace procedures

– Responsible, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

– Previous factory or food-production experience is an advantage but not mandatory

– No previous experience required; training will be provided

 

Working Environment

 

Employees will work in a professional food manufacturing environment with established production procedures. Depending on the assigned department, workers may be required to work in temperature-controlled or air-conditioned production areas.

 

Strict hygiene and food-safety standards must be followed at all times. Employees may also be required to wear company-provided protective clothing and uniforms while working in production areas.
