Job Overview
7-Eleven Singapore is hiring Retail Assistants and Cashiers to support daily store operations across multiple locations.
This position is suitable for responsible, disciplined individuals with good customer service skills. Both entry-level applicants and candidates with retail experience are welcome.
Position
Retail Assistant / Cashier
Key Responsibilities
– Operate POS systems and process cash, card, and digital payments
– Issue receipts and assist with refunds or exchanges
– Handle cash counting and daily balancing
– Greet customers and provide assistance
– Answer basic customer enquiries
– Replenish and arrange products on shelves
– Check product expiry dates and price labels
– Receive and inspect incoming deliveries
– Organize stock in storage areas
– Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene
– Support inventory checks and daily operational tasks
– Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
Training will be provided before employees begin full duties.
Salary
SGD 1,800 – SGD 2,700 per month
Salary may vary depending on experience, shift assignment, overtime, and performance. Additional allowances may apply for night shifts.
Working Hours
Rotating Shifts:
– Morning: 07:00 – 15:00
– Afternoon: 15:00 – 23:00
– Night: 23:00 – 07:00
Work Schedule: 6 days per week with 1 rotational rest day.
Applicants should be willing to work weekends and public holidays.
Requirements
– Male or female applicants
– Minimum age: 21 years
– Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
– Good communication skills
– Responsible and detail-oriented
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Willing to work rotating shifts
– No prior experience required
– Retail experience is an advantage
