Royal Pets HK is expanding its team and looking for caring, responsible, and animal-loving individuals to join our professional pet care team.

We are currently recruiting Cat Sitters and Pet Care Assistants. Available Positions
1. Cat Sitter
Responsible for the daily care of clients’ cats, ensuring they receive proper attention, companionship, basic care, and a safe and comfortable living environment.
2. Pet Care Assistant
Assist with the daily operations of the pet care center, including pet care, cleaning and organizing facilities, and supporting customer service activities.
Salary & Employment
Monthly Salary: HK$19,000

Key Responsibilities
– Provide daily care for clients’ cats and other pets.
– Provide food and fresh drinking water according to scheduled feeding times.
– Monitor pets’ behavior, activity levels, mood, and daily routines.
– Provide companionship, interaction, and basic care for cats and other pets.
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in pet accommodation, activity areas, and workspaces.
– Clean cat areas, pet supplies, resting areas, and related equipment.
– Ensure that pets have a safe, comfortable, and clean environment.
– Assist with pet check-in, check-out, and daily care procedures.
– Work closely with the team to complete daily pet care duties.
– Record pets’ daily conditions and any special requirements.
– Immediately report unusual health or behavioral conditions to the supervisor.
– Provide excellent customer service and build trust with pet owners.
Requirements
– Genuine love for animals, especially cats and pet care.
– Responsible, patient, attentive, and caring attitude.
– Ability to care for pets with different personalities and needs.
– Good communication and customer service skills.
– Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
– Ability to follow company procedures and hygiene standards.
– Willingness to learn professional pet care knowledge and skills.
– Candidates with experience in pet care, pet grooming, veterinary assistance, or related fields will have an advantage.
– Candidates without relevant experience are also welcome to apply if they have a strong interest in animal care and a responsible attitude.
